National Broking Manager

About you

• You have over 10+ years experience as an Insurance Broker;
• You have excellent Technical Broking skills across multiple Industry types;
• You have experience in Leadership roles;
• You have experience in Strategic Planning and managing a P&L;
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both clients, insurers and colleagues;
• You have a hunger to grow and drive new business conversion; 
• You embrace new ideas and look for ways to improve operational performance.

About the role

• You are based in either Sydney or Melbourne
• You will report directly to the CEO – Coverforce Pty Ltd
• You will be responsible for the performance of our NSW and VIC Coverforce Insurance Broking businesses;
• You will Mentor and help develop our dynamic group of brokers and emerging talent;
• Help shape the strategic direction and evolution of Coverforce Insurance Broking as a National Broking business;
• Ability to build and/or maintain relationships with key clients and key insurers;
• Drive consistency across our business including best practice broking procedures;
• Have the ability to interact positively with multiple stakeholders – internally and externally;
• Participate in M&A activity including transition of suitable acquisitions.
