About the role:
Due to recent internal promotions the role of National Business Manager has become
available. Leading a team to drive our sales strategies across our broad range of iconic
brands, this role will be responsible for:
- Maximising sales growth and profitability;
- Planning and implementing all strategic and promotional activity in line with the national sales
- and expenditure budgets;
- Ensuring contract / agreement trading terms reflect the Company’s objectives;
- Preparing and coordinating national and state plans that achieve sales objectives;
- Monitor the performance of new and existing lines to capitalise on future opportunities.
About you:
Highly self-motivated with proven experience at a senior account level managing key
relationships within the retail channel for FMCG, you will ideally possess:
- Outstanding communication, analytical and negotiation skills;
- A strong understanding of retail channels and the food, fmcg or pharmaceutical industry;
- The ability to influence key stakeholders and business partners;
- A ‘can do’ attitude complemented by your ability to think strategically and commercially;
- The passion to lead and drive your team to achieve continued growth
