Job Requirements:
As the National Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in pushing through and winning sales for our client's dynamic delivery team. Your expertise will be instrumental in taking the lead and directing the creative process to ensure unparalleled outcomes for each project. A sales mindset is essential in this role, as you will be driving revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of design and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the creative direction of projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and seize new business opportunities.
- Front-end client facing position that will see you managing a professional portfolio of clientele.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the design team, nurturing their skills and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and translate them into impactful design solutions.
- Knowledge of Revit software is extremely beneficial.
