 Our Office 

You will be working in our beautiful and modern office in the heart of Fremantle. The office is a restored heritage building near the historic Round House.  With fully equipped change facilities, automated coffee machines, a wellness room, and ergonomic office furniture with electric sit stand desks, working in this office is a pleasure! 

We are a stone’s throw away from the port, boasting views of our impressive vessels. To top this off, we are spoilt for choices with the best coffee shops in Fremantle. In addition, we are close to transport links, parking, and the E-Shed Markets. 

The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a National Export Documentation Officer, in a full time, permanent role within the National Export Documentation Team. This role involves working in a close knit team entering data to compile Bills of Lading while dealing with customer queries. It also requires a self-starter who is reliable, has an attention to detail and strong computer skills. 

The primary task and responsibilities for this position:

  • Producing Export Documentation/Bills of Lading
  • Handling customer queries 
  • Ensuring the appropriate documentation is forwarded onto clients
  • Ensuring local and overseas authorities standards are met

The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate the below skills: 

  • Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Outlook
  • Professional and courteous phone manner
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A high attention to detail
  • An ability to work as part of a team
  • The ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressure 
  • Shipping experience highly regarded, however not essential
