The Division you will be part of
Tutt Bryant Equipment is the organisations’ Equipment Sales & After-Sales Support (Parts & Service) division. As a national multi-franchise distributor of earthmoving and construction equipment, Tutt Bryant Equipment exclusively represents a number of global brands in Australia. In addition to capital equipment sales, Tutt Bryant Equipment supports its customers in the provision of spare parts, consumables, mechanical service, repairs and other support functions.
About the role
Reporting to and working closely with the National Parts Manager, this position will play a key role within the business and National Parts Department. They will be responsible for the Inventory control in a National Warehouse in Sydney and also supporting Inventory in our National Branches, maintaining pricing, expediting, planning, escalation management, customer service and assisting in all other facets in the running of a busy purchasing and support department.

Duties
- Planning and purchasing inventory from our overseas and domestic partners
- Stock returns with our overseas and domestic partners
- Analysing parts costs against competitors
- Customer support
- Parts management in ERP
- Lead and coach the internal supply team and cross functional stakeholders
- Supporting the National Parts Department

Skills & experience
- Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to build good working relationships with internal & external customers and suppliers.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead people through change and coaching team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and be parts of a team in a fast-moving environment.
- Time management skills with a sense of urgency.
- Leadership skills
