The opportunity
In this role, you will provide support to the National Portfolio Manager & Product Governance Manager in the development and implementation of TMD updates for Accident & Health retail products to support the regulatory change project initiatives to satisfy business objectives. Through this project, you will re-craft TMD content that embodies the principals expected from our business with content that is tangible, granular and specific, while demonstrating our culture of proactive responsiveness to customer needs.
Your new role
Support the Accident & Health National Portfolio Manager with the development and update of TMDs to drive an uplift in quality
Assist in the implementation of project governance framework by development and delivery of regulatory change
Support the project leads in preparing for and participating in project stand-ups to track progress using Agile methodology
Coordinate and facilitate workshops sessions

About you
Strong Technical Insurance product knowledge
Thorough understanding of regulatory framework as it applies to general insurance
Detailed understanding of key legislation monitored by ASIC
Ability to draft and produce business documentations and reports with attention to detail
Proven ability to step into problems; analyse and recommend solutions timely.
Excellent skills in personal work organisation and time management.
