Senior Portfolio Change Specialist

In recent years they have led the way in the creation of an innovative suite of products and services for their customers. Due to this expansion in their offering and associated customer acquisition, they are seeking a skilled Data Platforms Manager to join and lead this growing organisation and play a crucial role in the further evolvement of the business.
 
Your new role:
Join our client as a Senior Portfolio Change Specialist you will be working across 5 portfolios and major transformation work, especially in the digital space. This role is more focused on overarching strategy and change initiatives in the organisation.   

• Manage, identify, develop, and plan business change management deliverables to ensure the successful implementation of iniatives that meet the business need
• Ensure strategic alignment to the realisation of business benefits by establishing baseline measures and metrics that are able to be monitored throughout the project lifecycle and post implementation.
• Undertake the analysis of change impacts for stakeholders, and document key changes to processes and practices utilising relevant change management tools.
• Drive the rapid adoption of new concepts and methodologies by offering not just change coaching but also business-focused assistance during the transition and implementation phases
• Provide coaching and guidance to portfolio sponsors,
  owners, leaders, change practitioners and employees to enable successful realisation of strategic
  objectives and business outcomes

 
About you

• Experienced change management professional working on strategic iniatives
• Demonstrated track record of successfully navigating complex organisations, implementing impactful change strategies across a portfolio
• Extensive experience in leading large operating model change programs across a variety of industries,
  preferably utilities or similar
• Change management certification
• Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to operationalise solutions that meet the project objective
• Stakeholder relationship management skills to support effective business change, including the ability to influence key stakeholder
