The Role
The National Program Manager – Reformer Pilates is responsible for the development and growth of the Reformer Pilates program across Genesis Health + Fitness clubs nationally. This role will be working closely with the company staff as well as with key stakeholders including joint venture partners and franchisees.
The position holder will be required to develop and manage program creation, evolution and execution standards. This includes documentation for staff training, support for optimising program delivery, customer retention and engagement strategies across the wider group.
Accountabilities
- Manage the ongoing development of the Genesis Health + Fitness Reformer Pilates program.
- National Reformer Pilates programming and product development.
- Continue to evolve the Reformer Pilates program to ensure “Best Member Experience”.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive premium membership growth and Reformer Pilates participation on a national level.
- Develop and manage a training and development calendar on a national scale, and deliver training and development to support the growth and execution of the Reformer Pilates program.
- Work with the National Marketing and Sales team to development and implement a national marketing strategy and calendar for Reformer Pilates.
- Develop resources to support Instructors, Studio Managers, Group Fitness Managers, Club Managers, Franchisee's and regional fitness team members to implement best practice and provide exceptional member experience.
- Support new Reformer Pilates roll outs and refurbishments.
- Develop and produce reports on program performance.
- Develop and manage further member engagement initiatives.
- Working with National Fitness Team to develop and execute national fitness strategies.
- Implement national recruitment initiatives and develop resources to assist clubs in recruiting talent.
- Learn about and adhere to all company policies.
- Follow the law and all reasonable company instructions and directives.
- Perform other duties as required by the company.
About you
- Minimum 3 years Reformer Pilates Experience
- Minimum 3 years fitness leadership experience, preferably in a regional or national capacity
- Extensive experience programming for Reformer Pilates classes
- Extensive experience delivering high quality and engaging training and development sessions to large groups
- Extensive knowledge of the fitness industry
- Computer skills and competency in using Microsoft computer programs
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Ability to travel
- Reformer Pilates Level 1
- Mat Pilates Level 1
- Minimum Certificate 3 in fitness
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
