Job description
- Implement a comprehensive ANZ quality strategy to support the growing business and set the direction for a systematic approach to achieving sustained standardisation of quality practices across the business.
- Ensure products supplied to customers meet the agreed customer quality specification, and are fit for purpose
- Lead and govern the change management process for the introduction of new materials and products into manufacturing processes and the customer’s filling lines.
- Ensure the Quality and Food Safety management systems are maintained across all sites, improvements implemented as required and relevant external and customer certifications are in place and renewed before expiry
- Establish and enhance technology and process systems, adopting global best practice and new technologies to pursue world class quality metrics
- Provide direction, coaching and support to sites as required
