About the role:

Working & Growing an established client base working with our Sales Team and Key Accounts

·        Managing an established Sales Team of 6 Representatives.

·        Account Manage established Key Accounts

·       Further Develop other Pharmacy Groups ensure product distribution;

·        Relationship building with Pharmacy Wholesalers

·        Sell in of new products - training of staff at store level;

·        Point of Sale merchandising at store level;

Desired Skills and Experience

About You:

·        Must have some recent pharmacy background;

·        Be motivated, structured and can work autonomously;

·        Confident - enjoy meeting people and presenting new lines;

·        Willing to learn 

About Remuneration: 

·        Base salary depending on experience;

·        Car Allowance

·        bonus paid upon achieving KPI;

·        Develop strong and mutually beneficial relationships with customers;

At Customer level:

·       Negotiating additional product ranging and distribution; 

·        Develop strong and mutually beneficial relationships with customers;

·        Identifying opportunities for additional sales 

Key requirements:

·     Previous experience gained in the pharmacy channel essential;

·      Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills are essential;

.     Experience with opmetrix ordering / CRM system or similar IPAD system an advantage but not essential.
