Klorman Industries is a leading manufacturer of Catlux Light Clumping Cat Litter. Caltux is 100% Australian owned and made in Woolgoolga NSW and has been in the market for over 16 years.
We are looking for a National Key Account Managerto join our Team and manage this single brand. You will also have the opportunity to expand the offer outside Catlux.
As our National Key Account Manager, you are required to maintain solid relationships with the company's key clients, identify new business opportunities, analyse data and sales statistics, improve business and marketing strategies, manage multiple Key Accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided, and be directly involved in the setting up of promotional planning in both internal and external portals.
You will also need to work closely with the Production Team and communicate all your forward promotions for production planning purposes.
About the role:
You will be based out of our office in Milperra, New South Wales, and report directly to the Managing Director.
As our National Key Account Manager, you'll be required drive growth and obtain new listings in retailers that we are not represented in.
This will involve primarily administrative work, promotional planning, meeting minutes taking, and addressing all customer queries on grocery account portals (i.e., Partner hub for Woolworths and Coles Portals). You will be managing all range reviews and ensuring we remain the dominant product in the catagory.
Additionally, you will be running product performance reports, participating in customer meetings, sample drop offs, and maybe even doing some interstate travel.
About you:
We are looking for an organised and motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar grocery sales role within a PET / FOOD manufacturing and/or FMCG environment.
- Prior experience working with Coles, Woolworths, Big W, Pet Barn, Drakes
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- A proven track record of sales experience/exposure, particularly within promotional planning.
- Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Copilot)
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
- A valid Australian Driver's License.
