You may currently be a high performing Account / Category Executive or Territory Manager who is eager for your next career step in Sales. Perhaps you already have some Account Management experience and are keen to join a market leading company with a fantastic portfolio and truly global opportunities. Above all you enjoy taking ownership & responsibility and know how to act with speed, agility & pragmatism.
To be successful you will also have:
- A minimum of 12 months professional sales account management experience
- Ideally a business graduate with strong understanding of commerce and/or marketing, but open to other educational backgrounds
- Strong commercial acumen
- Prior experience in FMCG is preferred
- Pharmacy channel experience preferable but not mandatory
- Demonstrated experience in relationship building skills, influencing skills, and negotiating with a broad range of stakeholders
- Any formal negotiation training (e.g The Gap Partnership) will be highly regarded but not essential
- Prior experience in leveraging cross functional relationships to achieve results
