You be pivotal in accelerating the sales team forward, driving them to success by setting sales targets while working closely to support and mentor your team.

As the National Sales Director you will be aware of international market trends by conducting market research, while managing the sales budget for the National Sales operation by forecasting sales volumes, revenues, and expenses. You will have passionate enthusiasm for spotting opportunities and executing high level plans to inspire and lead your team to success. Your role will be instrumental in supporting and evolving our recruitment and migration services, thereby empowering our clients to harness top-tier global talent.

Our Ideal Candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position with a successful track record for achieving results through influence
• In-depth experience within the Blue-Collar Recruitment sector
• The ability to build and foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organisational structure
• The ability to effectively work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and successfully prioritise work
• A fun, energetic and hardworking approach
• Remains adaptable, resilient, and committed to continuous professional growth.
• Exudes confidence in presenting and showcasing the company's services to potential clients
• Current Driver's license
• Possesses a successful track record in sales, accompanied by a profound understanding of labour hire, recruitment, and/or migration services.
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish and cultivate client relationships.
• Exhibits strategic business acumen, adept at market analysis and the identification of opportunities.
• Displays proactive and innovative thinking to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Possesses proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics tools.
• Embodies natural leadership qualities that foster team collaboration and performance.
