This is a role that will see you developing and leading a national team to create and implement high-performance sales strategies and customer-centric solutions. You will build best-in-class processes and drive winning behaviours to guarantee growth and success. This is a business that is about to grow at a significant rate, and therefore we need a hands-on leader; someone who shuns ivory tower leadership and will get in the dirt with their people and build an incredible team and culture!
Who You Are:
- Experienced in building high-performing teams and recruiting top talent.
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the Payment Solutions, Fintech, Software Solutions, Telco solutions
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, driving towards clarity and solutions.
- Knowledgeable in the Payment industry will be a benefit over other candidate and will help with a faster ramp up
- Demonstrated history of growing sales, profitability, and developing new business in dynamic environments.
- Skilled in forecasting, pipeline development, and management.
