1. Sales strategy: Develop and execute sales strategy for DRLA to ensure maximising sales opportunities, achievement of annual sales results as well as long term strategic plan
2. L-1 management: Lead Zonal managers and the sales force to increase awareness of the product and achieve business results; ensure effective implementation of marketing concepts by Zonal Managers coaching
3. Territory Alignment: Organise and optimise Sales Territories by targeting and profiling of clients, monitor field processes, compliance through cycle reviews in order to increase of individual effectiveness (output) of every employee
4. Market Research and Portfolio Analysis- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products new launches, etc
5. Performance Management and reporting: Monitor continuously the performance of the sales force; generate appropriate sales reports to ensure the effective management of resources
