- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve National Sales targets.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of specialist sales representatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and market opportunities.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Oversee the creation and execution of sales training programs to enhance team performance.
- Manage the National Sales budget and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Degree in Sciences.
- 7+ year's sales management experience in the Australian Pharmaceutical industry,
- Proven sales success within the industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a sales team, through change.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
- Willingness to travel nationally as required.
