You will cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with all key stakeholders and agency owners, building a reputation as a credible business leader and trusted advisor.Working closely with the Group CEO and key head office team members both locally and in the United States, you will play a key role in supporting expansion initiatives for the brand.A typical day as the National Sales Manager will include:
- Coach, Mentor, and lead BDMs and corporate office Branch Manager
- Spend time customer facing attending sales meetings with new and existing clients
- Provide ongoing support & mentoring to existing and future franchisees
- Work closely with the L&D department to deliver New Franchisee Training, and ongoing On the Job training as necessary
- Prepare budgets, forecast and other regular business & market reports for CEO & Board
- Diagnose and identify areas of weakness and establish a plan of action to improve overall client count
- Ensure franchise owners and staff comply with relevant legislation
- Recommend changes to systems, processes or technologies to ensure continuous improvement & innovation
- Actively participate in recruitment and or franchising industry groups and forums
- 3 - 5 years' experience in regional management role (labour hire recruitment experience essential)
- Experience in a franchise environment (advantage)
- Demonstrated track record of achieving new and organic sales growth and improving profitability
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills suitable for all levels
- Superior training and coaching skills
- Strong problem solving, analytical and resolution skills
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sales CRM
- Capable of working with a high degree of autonomy; self-motivated, strong work ethic
- Business or Marketing Degree (desirable)
- $125K - $135K Base + Commission (depending on experience)
