Position Overview:
We are in search of an energetic and experienced National Sales Manager to spearhead our sales team and drive business growth across Australia. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a keen understanding of sales strategies and a knack for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the pool industry.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a dedicated sales team, providing guidance and support to drive performance and exceed objectives.
- Conduct regular field visits and provide hands-on coaching to the Regional Sales Representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and maximising sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.
- Analyse sales data, market insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in business-to-business sales.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal.
