Role Overview
At Archway, the Sales Manager role is a key position in a high-performing team. The Sales Manager will drive and maintain revenue growth by leading our sales team in alignment with the company's sales strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute annual strategic sales plans to drive substantial revenue growth.
- Sales Process Coaching: Assist and coach the Sales Team on how to win deals in line with the Archway Process.
- Sales Team Management: Lead, support, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets by directing daily sales huddles and weekly sales meetings.
- Sales Reporting: Attend monthly management meetings and regularly report sales activities, performance metrics, and progress to the management team.
- Sales Performance Accountability: Take ultimate accountability for the overall sales numbers and understand how you can influence them.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Client Strategies: Implement effective sales strategies to develop new clientele and expand existing accounts.
- CRM Management: Champion the Archway CRM system and database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Enforce ‘living in the system’
- Sales Training: Develop and enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyse sales KPI’s and analytics to make data-driven decisions and optimise sales performance.
- Client Relationships: Understand and encourage strong relationships and partnerships with senior-level external customers and promoters in relevant market sectors.
Qualities We Are Looking For
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding and experience in the building, construction, architectural, and commercial interior markets.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team to achieve outstanding results.
- Analytical Skills: Knowledge of sales KPI’s and analytics with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance priorities and manage expectations.
- Professionalism: You present well and demonstrate professional behaviours.
- Initiative: Willingness to show initiative and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
Requirements
- A passion for sales and the ability to inspire a team.
- Proven experience in sales management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A huge plus if you’re familiar with the design & fitout industry and Commercial Property Markets (incl. Leasing).
