About the Role
The National Sales Manager is responsible for the daily operational success of our sales and marketing functions, with a focus on developing and supporting our established sales team to drive revenue performance.
We are seeking a proven leader who will spearhead our National Sales strategy, driving growth and expanding market share in the HRIS sector. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, the National Sales Manager will leverage their experience and strategic thinking to achieve sales targets and build meaningful relationships within the industry.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and implementing a strategic sales & marketing plan to achieve National Sales goals.
- Leading, mentoring and coaching our established team of BDMs and Account Managers to foster a culture of success and accountability.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects, clients, partners and industry stakeholders.
- Providing accurate and timely reporting on sales performance, forecast and strategic insights to the leadership team.
What You Need
- Proven ability to achieve YoY sales growth in the B2B software market.
- Proven solution sales management experience, preferably within the Human Resources sector.
- Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute a sales strategy and marketing plan to achieve sales outcomes.
- Exceptional mentoring and coaching ability and experience in leading high-performance teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture both internal and external C-Level relationships.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience leading sales teams to success.
- Strong leadership and management skills with demonstrated ability to motivate and engage a high-performance sales team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the software sales industry including the SaaS model.
- Experience in HRIS would be advantageous.
