Job Summary:
The position is required to lead, and drive AC Power Distribution product portfolio sales in ANZ, with a clear focus of increasing Vertiv Busway and Switchboard solution sales within all Verticals in ANZ. The position is to establish Vertiv a leader as AC Power distribution solution provider in Data Centre, Telco, Enterprise and Commercial Industrial space.
Job Responsibilities:
  • To develop and grow the power distribution product portfolio in ANZ and deliver on the set annual budgets / targets.
  • To support the sales team and pitch Vertiv Busway & Switchgear to our new and existing customers, consultants and contractors.
  • The responsibility includes supporting customers and the sales team in pre-sales stage by identifying opportunities, developing those opportunities to a closing / win stage.
  • To introduce Vertiv Busway & Switchgear capabilities with the Consultant and Contractors to ensure the solutions are specified at initial stages of opportunities.
  • The responsibility includes understanding of market size, collecting Voice of Customers, market requirements, and work with engineering and be the liaison with the product management and factory to develop winning products and solutions which are driven by ANZ market demands to successfully differentiate and be able to compete in deals.
  • Create Competitive strategy and position our products in the market working closely with our Vertical leaders and the sales teams.
  • Help sales team to technically present Vertiv Busway & Switchgear to our customers.
  • The role requires to create the funnel with sales, develop the opportunities, ensure accurate forecasting which is aligned to the sales team's forecast.
  • Looking for opportunities for continuous improvements of engagement, processes and how to better deliver on customer expectations.
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, preferably with experience of working in data center/critical infrastructure field.
  • Minimum 3-year experience in electrical power distribution market in ANZ
  • In-depth knowledge of our competitors' landscape, Standards and design practices, emerging technologies in Asia market,
  • Knowledge of Data Center applications in power system design and architecture
  • Technical presentation skills and skilled in customer and consultant interaction
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with peers to work in matrix organization.
  • Good planning capability
  • Good written, oral communication and presentation skills, with experience working with people.
  • Self-motivated and work on own initiative; good team player
  • Action- and results-orientated with a passion for success
  • Learning agility and the ability to stay abreast of trends and strategic landscape.
  • Display strong communication and teamwork attributes working with all internal and external stakeholders
