Sapio is looking a National Service Administrator to ensure seamless service operations through meticulous coordination and communication.
This role entails the implementation of end-to-end customer service from job creation to job completion. Utiliasation and management will be complete via our job management system, Simpro, communicating job stages and customer nominated workflow systems. You will be a pivotal part of our national team providing timely and clear communication via phone, email to our customers & contractors.
Key responsibilities:
- Scheduling - mapping runs for contractors, ensuring priorities, skills, travel and service level agreements are met.
- Early Escalation - Awareness of potential issues and escalate early to the Key Account Manager to ensure that our KPI’s and brand remains intact.
- Customer Experience - provide elevated level of customer service and keeping clients updated on the delivery of expected services.
To be successful you will require the following:
- NSW Security Licence or ability to obtain one.
- Excellent problem solving, conflict resolution and analysis skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A team player who professionally interacts and collaborates with colleagues at work.
- A positive "can-do" attitude, flexible and adaptable in a consistently developing environment.
- Scheduling experience in high volume capacity with conflicting schedules, e.g. Priority 1-5.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, teams, Word, Excel PowerPoint etc.)
- Prior experience in simPRO, Salesforce, MAStermind, Corrigo, and Remedy is highly regarded
