To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a National Service & Import Planner. Your role will be to enable sales growth with high service levels through maintaining target stock levels and managing write offs as well as support the national Supply Chain function with key reporting and analysis required to further enhance Supply/Planning performance and drive efficiencies. While also working with key stakeholders to enhance current reporting to maximize the availability and quality of relevant data insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Supply Chain Reporting & Projects:
- Stock Status & Despatch Accuracy reporting
- Customer KPI report
- Warehouse report
- Freshness report
- National stock report
- Service report
- Daily service call
- Write off report and actions
- Assist the Supply team with continuous improvement projects
Supply Chain KPI Tracking:
- Report out on Low Code Action Items
- Update KPI tracker and publish
- Identify root causes of KPI misses and help drive processes to highlight and resolve any major service risk by SKU by DC
Supply Planning:
- Manage freshness and service for all SKU's
- Maintain target stock levels to deliver sales plan with high service levels
- Works closely with supply, warehouse, distribution and VRP's to meet our service commitment to customers.
- Clearance channel management
- Provide backup support to supply planning team
About you:
- Degree qualified in Business / Commerce / Management/ Engineering or related discipline (ideally Supply Chain), APICS degree, or experience in (min 2 yrs), a flexible, customer-driven supply chain, from a manufacturing or supply chain perspective
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of management.
- Ability to work unsupervised to meet tight deadlines and targets.
- Ability to create strong working relationships cross functionally.
- Ability to improve processes and increase their capability and capacity.
- Strong PC skills including SAP, financial modelling, Intermediate Excel spreadsheet and report writing skills as a minimum
