The Role:

- Lead a team of Service Sales staff to drive service business growth
- Provide Key Account Management to National and Multinational customers.
- Develop strategic engagement plans to grow business with existing customers and to deliver new customers.
- Developing, presenting and negotiating high value Service contract proposals
- Managing the service contract sales process from beginning to end within the existing client base. (renewing SLAs).
The Successful Applicant Should Have:
- Experience leading a high performing sales team within the service industry.
- Prior national key account management experience.
- The ability to develop, present and negotiate service contract proposals.
