Reporting to the National Field Operations Manager, you will lead the team of State District Parts and Service Manager’s to work with the specific region’s Dealer Network in the areas of CX, Parts & Accessories and Service / Warranty.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Lead, coach and mentor District Parts and Service Managers (in your region)
- Ensure Dealer Network receive optimal level of Customer Service in their knowledge of Kia products and processes.
- Achievement of CX targets.
- Achievement of Regional Parts and Accessories sales targets.
- Monitoring and development of dealer Parts and Service KPI performance.
- Customer Service Support.
- Inventory Control and Warranty.
- Driving technical and non-technical training compliance.
- Maintain and promote the Kia brand via regular dealer visits with ongoing communication and support.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Qualifications in a Service/Parts and or similar business discipline.
- After Sales management background.
- Experience in a wholesale or retail automotive environment.
- Strong communication skills & business acumen.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence and converse with stakeholders across all business functions.
- Establishing effective relationships with Dealers in both metropolitan and rural regions.
- High proficiency in MS Office.
- Valid current Driver's Licence.
