Native Title Case Management Officer

About the role
This position provides Case Management of resource title applications through the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth) (NTA) future act regime and represents the Department in the National Native Title Tribunal. In addition, the Native Title Case Management Officer ensures efficient and effective compliance with the Future Act process under the NTA as they apply to mineral and petroleum titles.
Furthermore, your working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, experience in stakeholder negotiations and Case Management will be pivotal for your position in the Resource Access Branch.

This position is located in East Perth, accessible by public transport and reasonably priced City of Perth parking options nearby.
