About The Role
The key objective of Navy Technical Supervisor Instructor is to facilitate training and assessments for Navy personnel at the Supervisor level.
The position holder will work in accordance with continuous improvement framework and AQTF standards, as well as Wodonga TAFE values and code of conduct.
As an online instructor, the incumbent will have the flexibility to work fully remotely or hybrid from North Bandiana, Victoria.
Selected Duties:
- Assist to deliver training courses and perform assessments to meet identified learning outcomes for clients and learners.
- Assist to complete training and assessment records in accordance with AQTF/Deed/Contract standards and regulatory requirements including learner attendance records and assessment outcomes.
- Maintain excellence in customer service, a respectful and inclusive attitude to diversity, and commitment to continuous learning and improvement, to support Wodonga TAFE’s strategic growth and development
- Work towards specific performance targets in line with the accountabilities that will be negotiated as part of the Institute’s performance planning and review process.
About You
Skills & Experience
Desirable:
- Instructor or Teacher experience and a background in Navy or Maritime
Must be able to obtain:
- Satisfactory National Police Records Check
- Victorian Working with Children Check (or relevant state required check)
- Undergo an Australian Security Baseline check to obtain and maintain a Defence security pass
Must be:
- an Australian Citizen
