The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has become available within our team to work as a Technical and Quality Supervisor monitoring, maintaining, servicing and optimising site processes to ensure quality levels and targets are met. Reporting to the Technical Manager, this role will require you to enforce, contribute and conform in relation to health, safety environment and Quality.

The Role:

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental policies, procedures and processes and instructions.
• Constantly control, monitor, and adjust processes to ensure efficient processing and output quality.
• Review customer feedback and conduct investigations and action any quality non-conformance
• Uphold site systems and processes in line with ISO and HACCP accreditation.
• Ensure automation and Quality monitoring tools are calibrated in line with Calibration Schedule and internal audit.
• Provide complete and accurate daily reporting for production and Quality and oversee shift metrics and data on the board.
• Contribute to site and company’s vision towards LEAN manufacturing, 5S, problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Site Document Control Management

What you will bring to the team:

• Customer service orientated.
• Supervisory experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Quality and process focused.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Strong organisational, analytical skills and process oriented
• Computer literate
• HACCP and GMP Experience preferred.
• Able to demonstrate Auditing/Auditor skills.
