About the role
This position has been newly created to respond to the increased demand for further non-destructive testing (NDT).
Report to the Lab and Ranges Technical Manager and support an NDT team that analyses a range of high-quality ammunition products. This position partners with the manufacturing team to keep the product quality within relevant specifications and standards. Lead in communicating non-conformance results and partner to find solutions to meet our manufacturing commitments.
Working at our site in Benalla - Yorta Yorta land, your sole purpose is to
Lead a team of Lead, Production & Trainee Radiographers
Provide production support to manufacturing operations
Understand, develop, & Implement Quality Control techniques
Deliver projects and testing operations to budget and schedule
To be successful from day one, you will have
Leadership experience within the manufacturing (or related) industry where you can demonstrate technical understanding
Examples of engaging with stakeholders: representing your team capability within multiple levels of an organisation
Australian Citizenship with ten years of searchable history in Australia
In addition, you might also hold
Knowledge of radiography (wet film and/or digital X-ray)
Experience in munitions design, testing and/or manufacturing
