ESAR Home Care was established in 2003 from a desire to provide tailored services to people who live with disability and are aged living at home.
We are a NDIS registered service provider specialising in delivering in-home and community supports allowing individuals to improve their quality of life and maximise independence.

The Opportunity
Coordinating services and rostering support workers for our NDIS clients is a busy and vibrant area of the business.
We are looking for a part time NDIS Coordinator who has:
- Experience in rostering and scheduling of client’s service appropriate to the client’s needs;
- Experience in effectively managing client referrals, including liaison with various providers, ensuring client needs are responded to in a timely manner;
- Experience maintaining and updating client records;
- Experience in rostering Support Workers whilst giving due consideration to the pay provisions in the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award (SCHADS) 2010; and
- An excellent ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise and work as part of a team.
About You
We are looking for someone who is professional, able to deliver high level customer/client service, has good computer skills and is able to work in a busy fast paced environment. Applicants will need to provide a National Police Clearance and a NDIS Worker Screening Check. A Certificate III in Aged, Disability or Individual Support (or equivalent) will be highly regarded.
Training and support will be provided.
