We are seeking a Passionate and experienced NDIS Support Coordinator/Recovery Coach to join our growing Health team in Port Adelaide, covering the Adelaide Metropolitan area, including Elizabeth, Daw Park, and surrounds.
As a Support Coordinator/Recovery Coach, you will work closely with our clients and their families to build their capacity to understand, implement, and coordinate their NDIS Plan through a high-quality, person-centered service. You will work closely with individuals to identify their goals and support them to access the services they need; ensuring the client’s choice, control and independence is at the heart of what you do.
To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience working in the disability services sector or working with NDIS participants, coupled with exceptional communication skills (clear and concise written and verbal communication). Most importantly, you will have a passion for high-quality client care.
You Need
• Experience and desire to support people with disabilities from diverse backgrounds
• An understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Solid organization skills with attention to detail
• Strong administrative skills with the ability to write reports
• Mental Health Cert IV or relevant lived experience

This position requires the successful applicant to undertake a National Police Check and Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and have a valid driver’s licence.
