We are seeking an individual to undertake the role of NDIS Plan Management Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growing organisation as a part-time employee (0.6EFT). Lifely head office is located in Bendigo, however the position may be based from any of our offices.
Remuneration commencing at Level 4 of the Social & Community Services Award ($41.52 hourly rate) plus salary packaging available to maximise your income by minimising tax (as per PBI status).
Training will be provided along with a detailed induction.
Plan management is when a Participant engages a disability service provider to support them in managing funding in their NDIS plan and acting as a financial intermediary.
The small Plan Management team supports over 500 Participants and is keen to build their team with another member with excellent customer service and analytical skills.
Availability would ideally be a Monday, Wednesday and Friday however shorter days across more days is also possible.
The ideal candidates for these positions will have:
- A qualification in bookkeeping and/or previous experience working in a similar role, preferably within the Disability sector;
- Responsive team member who genuinely cares and respects others professionally.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, an ability to maintain accurate records.
- The ability to process invoices and payments accurately.
- Well-developed customer service and problem-solving skills across finance systems and between Participants, their guardians, and providers.
- Honest, reliable, with professional attitude.
