NDIS Support Workers – Kenilworth
About us
CSBS is a NDIS registered provider supporting people with disability across Queensland.
We support people to live life on their terms. Our relationship-based model of co-designing supports places the person at the centre of all their life decisions, so a person can live their best life, make their own plans, and be treated with dignity and respect, free from discrimination.
It is our goal to provide supports that match a person’s preferences and to recruit workers in line with those preferences to deliver customised supports that build skills and abilities for a person to progress toward achieving their goals.
We employ people who reflect the diversity of the people we support. We encourage applications from everyone including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disability, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, mature age workers, and LGBTIQA+ communities.
This recruitment and selection process is based on the support preferences of NDIS Participants and includes the essential requirements for delivering NDIS supports and services.
