Ndis/Sda - Clinical Nurse

About the role:
As the Community Registered Nurse - you will be providing compassionate, ethical and comprehensive direct care in the home.

Duties:

• Assess residents’ care needs, develop relevant care strategies and evaluate care plans

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in either Aged Care or Disability - including palliative care and challenging behaviours
• Registered Nurse with current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & NDIS Worker Orientation Module
