The CUC Central team supports the network of centres with our small high-performing team.
The role
This is a rewarding and unique opportunity to assist in shaping the education landscape across regional and rural NSW, VIC and QLD. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will work within the CUC Central Team, to coordinate the CUC network activities including professional development, recruitment, and network meetings.

- Demonstrated ability to support individual team members, across a diverse range of working styles, to perform to the best of their abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in professional development delivery and coordination.
- Ability to assess priorities and manage competing deadlines both independently and as a member of a team.
- Passionate and enthusiastic about creating opportunities for regional students.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a remote team.
- Ability to travel extensively across regional Australia
