The Company
Ocean Network Express (ONE) is a Japanese global shipping company, established by the integration of the containerized divisions of the shipping businesses of MOL, K-Line, and NYK on 1st April 2018.
Following this integration, ONE's fleet size is ~1.59m TEU, which is the 6th largest player in the global shipping market. Our international container shipping operations will be performed through a fleet of ~225 vessels. The Company started trading under the name “Ocean Network Express” from 1 April 2018, with a holding company office in Tokyo, global headquarters in Singapore and regional headquarters across globe.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our dynamic and highly functional team. Industry experience is certainly preferred but not essential with at least 12 month’s experience working in a busy office environment.
The position is responsible for ensuring ONE's customers always receive a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities
The individual should have some experience in customer service role functions to ensure customer expectations are exceeded and outcomes are communicated and delivered professionally:
We aim to create strong teams multi-skilled in all customer service facets:
- Import Documentation
- Export Documentation
- Export & Import Bookings
- Accounts collection and reconciliation
- Sales Support including quoting rates
The successful applicants will have:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service role with a genuine interest in shipping or logistics industry. Previous industry experience will be highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized individual with strong computer and administration skills. Microsoft Suite experience is a must, as is a creative flair & passion for digitalization
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task whilst working well under pressure meeting tight deadlines
- Bright and vibrant personality, self-starter with a "can-do attitude"
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as autonomously
- Previous OPUS experience highly regarded but not essential
