IT Engineer – Network (MSP)

We currently require the skills of an IT Network Engineer to join our service team in Seaford.

Reporting to the Team Lead, the focus of this role is to deliver quality customer service and reliable technical support to a wide range of customers from the home users to large corporate clients.

We are seeking a focused and motivated individual with a passion for IT problem solving and willingness to learn new skills, in an exciting & varied role.

Responsibilities will include:

• Hands-On configuration of client I.T. Systems.
• Perform client hardware & software installations 
• Coordinate with 3rd Party Vendors on behalf of our clients
• User Training & Customer Guide creation 
• Hands-On management of client I.T. Systems – Servers, AD, DHCP, Exchange, SharePoint etc. 
• Ideally 5 years’ experience in a similar role 
• Administration and support of Hyper-V virtualized Server environments
• Administration and support of Office 365, Intune & Defender
• 3CX Cloud based telephony management and administration 
• Mobile Device Management administration and deployment 
• Network administration skills - Cisco and/or HP certifications would be an advantage
• Strong understanding of wireless network technologies
• Excellent language and communication skills 
• Providing remote support to desktop and notebook computers 
• Extensive experience with planning, deployment & management of PC’s, Tablets & Phones 
• Ability to plan and run user training sessions and work collaboratively with all stakeholders 
• Technical documentation writing skills
