What you’ll be doing
- Reporting to the Director Planning & IBP you will be responsible for end-to-end network supply across our alcohol and non-alcohol portfolios in Australia and New Zealand
- You will partner closely with our commercial and operational teams to ensure we are optimising costs and providing exceptional customer service through effectively managing supply plans for the short and medium term
- As part of our monthly IBP process you will lead and look to continuously improve the effectiveness of our monthly supply review process
- You will take responsibility for leading and developing a high performing supply planning team as well as being a key contributor to the Planning & IBP lead team

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role ideally in a beverages or FMCG environment
- Highly capable people leader with advanced impact and influence capability
- An effective communicator with a customer centric mindset; keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do
- Experience with leading a team through significant business transformation
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and partner with the wider business
- A strategic mindset with the ability to challenge and deliver business improvement
