Reference Number: 1098 Closing Date: 11-04-2024 Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Location: Miles Depot About the Opportunity Council is seeking a Network Operator to join their Utilities team to undertake construction and maintenance activities on Councils water and sewer infrastructure through the skilled operation of trucks and machinery, along with general labouring duties as required. This position can be based at either Chinchilla, Miles or Wandoan. Reporting to the Utilities Network Supervisor West, you will be: Operating various types of trucks, plant and machinery, primarily Medium Rigid trucks; Operating various types of mechanical or electrical hand tools and equipment in construction and maintenance works; Participating in standby roster for afterhours work; and Undertaking routine maintenance of assigned equipment.
