About the Role
- Continuously evaluating emerging technologies and trends in IP networking, Linux, Wi-Fi, and security to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of Solution Architectures, designs, configurations, and changes for reference and auditing purposes.
- Acting as a technical escalation point for complex issues, providing guidance and solutions for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Providing training and knowledge-sharing sessions to team members, fostering their growth and ensuring a shared understanding of best practices and solutions.
- Engaging with clients, customers or business development team to gather requirements, understand their needs, and present technical solutions that align with their objectives.
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in IT.
- 7+ years’ experience in a Telco provider or Managed Services Provider.
- Extensive experience with Wi-fi technologies.
- Extensive experience with LINUX operating systems and it’s architecture.
- Thorough knowledge on TCP/IP networking.
- Strong experience with scripting & automation.
