Located in Adelaide metro area our client is seeking a highly skilled IT professional with a focus in Senior Support and Project work, Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, Network Security, Firewall, Virtualisation who is looking for an exciting opportunity to take their career to the next level.

The Role
This is a full-time, hands-on, technical role focused on efficient solution delivery to our rapidly growing customer base. Your typical responsibilities will include:
• Provision of level 3 and Senior support, including issue prioritisation and troubleshooting to resolution.
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of networks and infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, routers and uplinks to our carriers.
• Maintaining and administering IT infrastructure, including systems software, applications software, hardware and configurations.
• Escalation point for level 1 and 2 technicians.
• Technical documentation preparation and maintenance, as required.
• Infrastructure Design, deployment and migration
• Virtualisation Design, deployment and migration
• Cloud Design, deployment and migration
• Cloud Security Design and Management
• Security Auditing and Reporting
• Cloud Based Communication Systems.
• Advanced Network Design and implementation

Our client is looking for a highly experienced, self-motivated Senior Network Engineer, with a proven history installing and maintaining IT solutions and networking infrastructure, extensive Infrastructure and Virtualisation, Networking and Firewall experience, and proven Microsoft 365 and Azure capabilities. You need to demonstrate the following:
• 5+ years MSP experience
• L3 / Senior Experience
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite including Office 365, Azure, Intune, MFA, CA, SharePoint, Autopilot and Cloud Security
• Server and networking hardware troubleshooting
• Azure/AWS infrastructure design and build (vNets/VPCs, subnets, security groups, network virtual network appliances, virtual machines, express routes/direct connects, load balancers)
• Microsoft and VMWare virtualisation experience
• Windows stack – Server 2012/2016/2019,2022, AD, DFS, DHCP, DNS, Exchange 2013/2016,2019,
• Advanced Network design/build/install/cutover
• Experience with Cisco, HPE and Aruba Networking
• Experience in Cisco, Fortigate and Sophos Firewall design and deployment
