About the Role
As New Business Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for the planning, management & production of New Business submissions & presentations. You’ll have a national scope allowing you to directly engage with senior business leaders with the support of your dedicated, welcoming & growing New Business team. Your role will include:
- Managing the submission process from inception to delivery
- Supporting New Business Leader(s) & senior stakeholders in developing submission strategies & supporting strategic pursuits
- Interpreting client briefs & identify & source the content to support each submission
- Contributing, editing, producing & proofing well written, accurate & persuasive submissions
- Coordinate the management of submission content
- Update collateral including project sheets, CVs, capability statements & image resources
- Contribute to pipeline management by updating client & prospect information in the CRM
- Support New Business activity including panel management, research & client engagement & procedures including prospect registration, go / no-go and win / no-win reviews
About You

- Strong time management skills & proven ability to work flexibly whilst managing multiple projects & deadline pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
- Intermediate software knowledge including In-Design, Photoshop, Word, PowerPoint & SharePoint
- High-level verbal & written communication skills including proofreading & editing content
- Understanding of CRM processes
- Understanding of New Business submission processes
- Ability to understand & interpret technical briefs
