Role Overview:
This role is tailor-made for individuals with a proven track record in sales, particularly in outbound Business Development, or former/current Recruitment Consultants with a knack for generating New Business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, leveraging your sales acumen and industry knowledge to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue New Business opportunities through strategic outreach and networking efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Effectively handle objections and negotiate contracts to close deals successfully.
