Responsibilities:
• Proven track record in acquiring new clients, preferably within the NDIS sector.
• Strong understanding of NDIS frameworks and client requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• Capable of networking effectively to bring in more clients.
• Understanding of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL) for targeted growth.
• Expand professional networks within the NDIS community to generate leads and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- Specialised experience in the NDIS sector
- 3+ years' of sales or account management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
