The position
As a Sales Manager, reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for managing all areas of our newest sales department. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maximizing sales opportunities while generating solid revenue in line with profit objectives
- Ensuring KPI’s and Sales targets are achieved
- Foster and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Recruitment, training and performance management of staff ensuring a high performing culture is fostered
- Stock management
- Sales advertising
- Lead management
Skills Required
- Previous Automotive Sales experience
- Highly motivated and results driven with a proven sales track record
- Ability to think outside the box and come up with dynamic strategies
- A passion for delivering a premium customer experience
- Strong attention to detail regarding administration processes
- Superb interpersonal skills, particularly in motivating staff and creating a positive working environment
- Engage all team members to perform at their best
- Experience and accuracy when reporting
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
