This position is based in the Southern regions of Perth, where you will enjoy the newly established clinic with a sensory room. They offer great Working Arrangements with full-time and part-time options available.

The Role

• Opportunity to work with a mixed caseload consisting of children and adults 
• Conduct a range of assessments and planning for evidence-based interventions
• Provide high-quality and accurate reports
• Carrying out NDIS functional assessments including home assessments, fall risk assessments, skills assessments, development of individualised plans, equipment assessment recommendations and application and goal setting and planning
• Conditions include but are not limited to the autism spectrum, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, global developmental delay, intellectual disability, fragile X syndrome, learning disability, sensory processing disorder, stroke and acquired brain injury

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Full APHRA registration 
• Working With Children Check 
• National Police Check 
• Driver's license and own car
