Randstad Health & Social Care is proud to partner with a premier Australian service to offer multiple positions nationwide, with relocation stipend, retention bonus, paid PD and internal supervision all included. Mentorship, guidance and support offered to all New Graduates.
As a New Graduate you will have a set Senior Therapist who is available for both complex case discussion, as well as coaching towards your professional goals.
You will have a supervision support frequency initially starting at weekly, and it then fades to fortnightly when you are ready. Between set supervision meetings your Clinical Supervisor is available for adhoc support via Microsoft Teams, email or phone call.
Aside from your set supervision meetings and ad hoc support, our multidisciplinary team of Senior Therapists travel across centres both to support their set supervisees, but also to be available to answer any questions or conduct clinical observations for all therapists on-site.
These visits occur at least fortnightly for Brisbane/Sippy Downs/ Gold Coast centres and 2-3 times per block for regional centres.
We offer multiple positions for the following locations: Bundaberg, Sippy Downs, Bald Hills, Logan, Gold Coast, Toowoomba, Camira, Canberra and Brighton.
About your role:

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supported by Senior Clinicians, Managers and other Practitioners all onsite - no travel required!
• As a New Graduate you will have a mentor to support and guide you
• Weekly clinical supervision, all PD time is paid time and PD is paid for as well - Recent external PD includes Hanen Training, PECS Training, SPA Conference attendance
• Open to all part and full time employee arrangements, you are also welcome to operate as an independent contractor outside of your employment!

Salary and Benefits:

• $76K - $80K + Super (New Grad)
• NFP salary packaging up to $15,900 plus up to $2,200 on meals and entertainment, annually
• 5 weeks annual leave plus the option to purchase a 6th
• The first 3 weeks are no billable hour requirements, and then gradually increased to reach 22hrs/week, which includes your admin & documentation time!
• Christmas leave – for each year an employee is with us they get an extra day of leave to cover the non-public holiday days between Christmas and New Year when we are shut down
