We provide a diverse product range suitable for new estates, KDR, Duplexes, granny flats, custom design as well as dual & single contract - home packages.
We presently have twenty company owned display homes with a planned increase by a further 50% during the next twelve months.
As part of our next growth phase, we are seeking experienced New Homes sales professionals for both our Sydney metro area display centres as well as our brand new central coast display centre. Prior sales experience in contract sales & housing compliance preferred.
We are a family business that values staff, a positive work culture & a collaborative team environment. You will have the ability to cross sell the full range of sale types and there are tremendous financial rewards for your success with an industry leading salary plus commission structure.
Support & training will be provided for those that may not have had previous sales roles but with related housing industry experience.
