We’re looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join Meridian Homes based in our established display home in the North West. You will work with an increasing client base to produce and close sales from various lead avenues. Your focus will be guiding customers on their own personal new home build journey.
Your day to day involves:
- Managing high volume of leads via walk ins and appointments
- Understanding and assessing client needs and providing suitable solutions including KDR and Duplex options;
- Managing house and land packages with our sophisticated online system
- Working towards sales targets and KPI’s with complete support from internal team
- Providing customers with a first class experience, exceeding customer service expectations; and
- Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners such as land developers, financiers and local community providers
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
- A competitive track record of project home sales in both KDR and Greenfield
- Product knowledge in residential construction
- Ability to work autonomously and hit targets
- Happy to work weekends
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous knowledge in Geosite and Hubspot or similar
