This opportunity is to join a small team with a real passion for quality, honesty & customer service.
Working directly with the owners, you will manage enquiries, including meetings, site visits and working with clients to create their dream home. Ability to generate leads, proactively reaching out into the New Home building industry including building relationships with local land developers and real estate agents.
We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic person with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
You will be supported by efficient systems, ongoing training and support, a great franchise network and a team environment.
Position requirements:
*Preference of over 12 months home building sales experience, ideally with industry knowledge of understanding plans and building requirements
*Strong attention to detail
*Great computer skills
*Current drivers licence & personal car
*Full time position includes working weekends, based at our Display Centre in North Wyong
